Before the family arrives, the kitchen’s a mess, and the non-stop festivities begin, take this weekend to soak in some peace and quiet. Here’s how we’re kicking off the weekend before the holidays. 

1. Start with a Cozy Morning ☕

  • No alarms, no rush—just ease into the day.

  • Treat yourself to a nice breakfast: think pancakes with a dash of cinnamon or a warm croissant with your favorite jam.

  • Sip on something indulgent, like a rich hot cocoa with whipped cream or our favorite, a peppermint latte.

2. Tidy Up Your Space 🧹

  • Declutter and organize your bedroom or living area—clear space, clear mind!

  • Tidy up, fluff the pillows and freshen up your bedding or add some cozy throw blankets for a seasonal touch.

  • Light a candle to set a calming mood.

3. Indulge in Self-Care 🛁

  • Take a luxurious bath with bath salts or a festive bath bomb.

  • Do a DIY spa treatment: face masks, under-eye patches, or a relaxing foot soak.

  • Put on your softest loungewear and spend some time journaling or reading.

4. Plan a Holiday-Inspired Movie Marathon 🎥

  • Curl up with your weighted blanket and queue up your favorite netflix show. We’re revisiting Terrace House - a calm and cozy reality show. 

  • Pair your show with some of your favorite snacks: we’re thinking popcorn drizzled with chocolate or homemade cookies.

  • Brew a cup of herbal tea or cider, and relax with a good book or your favorite podcast.

  • Catch up with friends or stay at home and enjoy a hobby. 

  • Meditate or listen to calming holiday music before heading to bed.
