Refund policy

We look at returns on case by case basis, If your order is received damage or unusable, please contact customer service at care@kandiebakerie.com. We will instruct you on how to return your purchase.

In order to receive a full refund, items must be returned within 5 days of delivery. Items purchased must be returned new, in unused condition with original packaging and accessories. 

We do not accept returns of lit candles. We cannot except returns based on customer dissatisfaction with scents once ordered.

In order to complete your return, we require prior notification and return authorization. It is the customers responsibility to pay return shipping charges.

Items returned within 5 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
