We currently only offer shipping within the United States.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Every Kandie Bakerie candle is handmade with love, so we carefully inspect each sweet creation before it leaves our bakery!

Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our candles, we do not accept returns for changes of mind or personal fragrance preferences.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll be happy to review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Returned or undeliverable packages:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may offer reshipping at the customer's expense. Refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with our return policy and applicable law.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your return or refund request has been approved and any required returned items have been received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be needed for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping costs are generally nonrefundable unless required by law.

Can I make exchanges?

Because each Kandie Bakerie candle is individually handmade, we do not offer exchanges for different scents, colors, or designs once an order has shipped.
